how can is use my ankle weights to increase my vertica?
yeah, i’ve heard about all those stress to your knees and ankles etc. specifically, my sport is basketball. and i know that wearing them while playing is a big NO NO, but how can i use my ankle weights to help my vertical? please help me, i don’t want my money for nothing in buying those. it would be highly appreciated, thanks!
