ok so i am 16 years old, 5’11 and 143 pounds…

ive been playing basketball for awhile..and i sprained my ankle once BADLY..and just recently i sprained/hurt my shin after i landed from a jump..
now i have basketball class starting from next wednesday..and i dont want to get injured again.

should i get some braces for my shin,…or ankle???

by th way…everytime i play basketball (it doesnt really hurt while im playing) after i twist my ankles once im done playing ball..it kinda hurts …and my shin is still getting recovered (it still hurts a little to jump)

so my question – should i get braces for shin or something?/…(any tips on how to not get injured while playing basketball) ???????????
