i was just wondering if i should use an ankle brace now that i have broken my left ankle and if it is recommended can you guys give me an idea of what brand i should use like McDavid and which one.

I fractured my right fibula about 8 weeks ago and am now starting to play basketball again and have an ankle brace for my right leg. I was wondering do i need an ankle brace for my left ankle also or is it ok to have ankle brace only on one leg?
