I dove on the ground playing sand volleyball, and now I cannot bend my arm. It "stings" a lot and it is bruised and swollen in one spot right below my elbow about the size of a grape. Did I fracture it?? I can’t wear a sling because I can’t bend it. [...]
Currently wearing a brace and taking antiinflammatory meds for a couple weeks, Don’t know what caused the problem, maybe old age? Wasn’t doing anything strenuous at all when it happened (about 6 weeks ago.) Lifted weights for years, was in the Army, etc…so I didn’t think I was weak.
Any ideas?
i have radial tunnel syndrome and while im waiting to have the surgery (5-6 months away) i would like to get an elbow brace to wear at night to keep my elbow straight… where can i purchase one of these?

I get pain in the wrist and elbow….it fluctuates…this product fits around the elbow – works great for that…I used it – but would it work for the wrist – it says it works for CT so….
The one I had broke so I don’t know….
