I sprained my ankle while walking down the stairs. I have sprained the same ankle about 4 times in my whole life.
(1-10) (10 – serious)
-Swelling – 6
-Pain – 4
- No purple discoloration.
I can walk but it hurts.
Could you tell me if this serious and how to treat it the fastest. Thanks!
