Do these figure skates have enough support?

Ankle Support
I was looking at some Jackson GSU120 women’s figure skates for sale. Before buying, I wanted to know how much support these skates give at the ankle.

The Glacier series is for recreational skating. If you enjoy going to public session and want your own skates, then these are fine for you. If you are taking classes, then I would start with the Jackson Mystique for the better blade and ankle support.

Those are very basic skates. They’re only for if you want to skate recreationaly or if you are a beginning skater. If you are at a slightly higher level, I’d look for some more supportive skates. Normally on the website, there will be a description of what level you should use those skates for.

personally i would go with at least artiste. those have almost no support, therefore you will be more likely to hurt your self in them especially if you are taking lessons.

Those are more of a recreational skate, so if you are doing jumps and spins I wouldn’t suggest getting them.
If you are just going to use them for public skating etc. then they’ll be fine!
I have a pair of competitors..and they def have A LOT of support!
