Ankle Splint
I have tried everything! Custom-made orthotics, braces, pain killers, physical therapy….my ankles roll inward severely ever since i can remember and it cause flatfeet, knock knees, malalignment, and shin splints. The doctor told me once that I had tarsal coalition. Is there a surgery that can permanently fix this? Is 17 too young to have the surgery? HELP!!! =(

There are a variety of surgeries depending on the actual nature of the problem. It can range from the extreme of an ankle fusion to a simple tendon repair (usually of tibialis posterior).
I’d make sure you are seeing a podiatrist who is also a board certified orthopedic surgeon. Your next step is probably to have an MRI.

Get these shoes called Brooks Beast

They are perfect for flatfoot people. I use them myself and they work really good. They make it so that your feet do not overpronate.
Although they are $130, you can get them at Sports Authority on the clearance rack for like 60
