How can I strengthen my ankle without going to physio or wearing a brace?

I play soccer and I am always falling over my right ankle. I can’t seam to get it strong enough. Any Ideas?

It sounds crazy and it is illegal. You can use "cannabis". But don’t smoke it, just heath it in water and then put it in your ankle…

If you keep falling on it it might just be two stained but if it is really hurting you then every day put just a little weight on it every day utill you can walk on it then you can try doing some of the excerscires that use a lot of muscles in you legs hopefully your right ancle will get a little stonger . Try this:
Put a bottle of anything on the floor and roll it with your foot for 5 minutes at a time. You have to apply some pressure to it to make the tendons work.
Once you do this for a week, you can start lifting your weight on your toes. In a staircase go up one step and put the toes on the edge, go up and down 4 sets of fifteen times. This will make your ankle and calves stronger.
Now, I recommend you always play with an ankle support you can get at any sports shop, I just got a pair for 3 bucks.
