How to do cardio with a broken ankle?

Ankle
I’m used to being a very active person. I can’t put any pressure on my ankle. Is there any kind of cardio I can do without getting my cast wet or using my bum leg?

It’s all about keeping the heart pumping and breathing deeply.
Swimming pools are great if you don’t mind getting wet, but since you said you didn’t want to get wet, you will have to get more creative.
You could of course do one legged activities, but that could cause a lot of stress on the one good leg, and you could end up injuring it.
You may be able to ride a bicycle one legged. Or you could just lie down on your back and do the bicycle exercise with your legs up in the air.
Or, you could just work the upper body to get your cardio work in.
