		<description>Well, knee is a complex joint with many ligaments. U might have injured one of your ligaments, doesn&#039;t seem that its too serious as u can still bare weight and run and there is no swelling... u can check by standing on your left foot alone if it produces severe pain...

However minor injury your knee might be facing, it will not heel if it gets irritated again and again (u running), therefore I suggest u can apply some capsaicin ointment and stop running for atleast 3 weeks. and after that start running little distances at first gradually increasing the distance till u can comfortably run like a horse again.

		<description>I think you should ask a doctor about it to see what they think the peoblem is and maybe that will help, it also depends how long you run each day and if you run every day but it may be best to ask a doctor ^^</description>
