		<description>If you are in a cast, and you are getting Cramps, - You need to call your Dr.  There is always the possibility of Blood Clots and I rather you get it checked by your Dr then ignore it.

Also depending on your  medications, it&#039;s possible - the meds could be causing the problem too. Anti-inflammatories.

I would call the Dr and ask see if they can give you a muscle relaxor. But, I think they will want to see you.

		<description>can u move ur foot even wiggle it? if you can try that. also try pressing ur foot hard on the ground. That helps. i had the same problem. Turned out my cast was to tight.</description>
