Pain in the arch of left foot?
Its in the left to middle of the arch in the middle of the foot.It kind of extends to somewhere near the top of the left of the left ball on my left foot. Not at the ball but right before this gap between the ball and foot.
I know i said left ball, but i just mean the thing that sticks out on the left side of left foot.
It hurts after I run or do something that makes it absorb shock. I have a plastic brace that supports the right side in the middle of my right foot. It could be the brace but my foot hurts anyways for a while after even if i take my shoe off.
My other foot doesn’t hurt like this. Its horrible and i skipped baseball practice to avoid the pain.

It’s possible that you may be suffering from Morton’s Neuroma, which often results from continuous or repeated compression of the nerve between the third and fourth metatarsal bones. Morton’s Neuroma is very similar to Metatarsalgia (ball of foot pain), but it also involves other symptoms such as numbness and a tingling sensation in the toes. This condition can be quite uncomfortable and painful at times.
In some cases, the symptoms are often relieved by removal of tight-fitting footwear. In others, wearing ladies’ fashion shoes and high heels can cause undue stress on these nerves. In these cases, orthotics designed for high-heel shoes can help relieve the painful symptoms brought on by this condition.
