I was sitting outside in humid 75-80 degree weather for less than an hour. I got up to walk and noticed a lot of strange pressure and dull pain in my left foot, ankle, and especially my shin when I put weight on it. It was swollen but not THAT noticeable.

I get pain in the wrist and elbow….it fluctuates…this product fits around the elbow – works great for that…I used it – but would it work for the wrist – it says it works for CT so….

i play ball almost everyday..and i need ankle support that is NOT bulky..so that it can fit perfectly inside the shoe..and will not hinder my movement..
