I’m 13 and play sports. My legs always kill. I have many bruises! i am not out of shape at all. What should I do. I put ice on my legs and braces. I dont think I should go to the doctor because my legs always hurt in different areas (ankle, knee, thigh)
I have started really trying to get back in to shape, and was doing very well until I hurt my ankle. I couldn’t get a doctors appointment until friday, and i stuck cooped up in my apartment alone until then. I’m so bored and want to work out – especially cardio. Any ideas?

I badly sprained my ankle and it seems to have changed shape and got wider even after the swelling has gone down. I had an xray and they said nothing is broken but why has ankle joint/bone got bigger than my other one?
